When we sat down with the management group at Daimler, we realized that they already have a great product in the Alliance brand as well as a great story. They just needed help putting it into a format that their network of independent dealers, and ultimately, their customer base could understand.

Visits to existing dealerships yielded a creative mix of brand interpretations. Each location had a different take on merchandising and their own unique take on the brand. Signs, logos, and wall colors differed. Everyone had their own idea of what an Alliance Parts store should be. So, we got to work.
