Gustavo
Our creative director with 30+ years of experience in the field working as an Art Director, Designer and Visual Communication specialist for academia, editorials, private companies and his own design studio. Gus specializes in corporate identity design, graphic advertisement, and communication design. In the last five years, he focused his attention on implementing branding into restaurant and retail store environments.

As an avid photographer, Gus has enjoys capturing moments and turning them into memories. His newest pride and joy is droning around with his Mavic Air 2 from DJI.
John
Speaking the language of both business and design, John combines the importance of branding and identity with the realities of the built environment. Along with Gus, he believes that the built environment and the brand identity should be developed in parallel. This makes the project come together better, faster and on budget. John also leads TVPlay™, our digital signage and content distribution service
When not drawing details or programing a website, John spends most of his time in the kitchen experimenting with new flavor combinations. Yum.
Erica
Since joining T+V in 2019, Erica has worked to help keep the team organized and on track. Her previous experience comes from a variety of positions in the hospitality industry, from cake decorator to event logistics and project manager. This time provided her with the knowledge and flexibility to handle each day’s challenges.
In her free time, Erica sings in a choir and dances whenever she gets the chance. During the summer you can find her at Rockaway Beach or on rooftop with a gin and tonic.
Ana
For the last 15 years, Ana has worked with corporations as well as with boutique design agencies on two continents in four languages. She combines her educational training from both Communications and Graphic Design to create compelling campaigns and bring them to life in retail spaces. She is a skilled listener and can work comfortably under tight deadlines thanks to her flexible, creative and professional approach.
Ana is also a mama bear of twin 6 year old cubbies and loves to get on the floor with them to build crazy machinery with legos.
